Bill / Owner & Chef

Bill has been active in the Seattle restaurant scene for over 30 years, including owning Madison’s Café in West Seattle in the mid-90s. This lively neighborhood café & music house won “Best Restaurant” honors and was the place Bill met his wife, Nancy. Together they started Mosaic Catering as a way to share their passion for food and entertaining. “We love what we do! We are almost always at a celebration, doing what we can to make the event memorable.” When not in the kitchen, Bill enjoys traveling, guitar, and paragliding.

Nancy / Owner

Nancy has a diverse background in product development, culinary and healing arts and educationShe has a passion for bringing people together with intention and celebration. Nancy is currently working on her first cook book, showcasing her unique approach to apothecary baking.  When not at work, you’ll find Nancy wildcrafting with herbs, trail running, paragliding and traveling with the love of her life, Chef Bill.

Corey

A Texas native, Corey came to Seattle and fell in love with the Northwest culture and Seattle social scene. Not only does he enjoy the thrill of putting on a fantastic event, he loves the Mosaic clients & crew. As an active member of the Seattle arts community, Corey enjoys immersing himself in movies, theater & dinners at great locally owned restaurants & of course, spending time with his family & dogs.

Sara

Sara is a Pacific Northwest native with a passion for great food and great people – which makes Mosaic the home of her heart.  When not throwing incredible dinner parties with friends, she can be seen traipsing the boards at one local theater or another.  She also enjoys hiking, live music, immersing herself in a good book, and long naps in the sun.

Randi

Randi has been with Mosaic Catering for over 10 years and loves the camaraderie of the employees and the energy of the events.  She has been in the Northwest since 1992 and immediately embraced the outdoor vibe of the area.  Randi grew up in Massachusetts and returns frequently to visit family and friends.  In her spare time, Randi enjoys spending time with her family and friends and also enjoys volunteering as an elementary school tutor, traveling, going to the movies, golfing and skiing in the winter.

Alber

A Brazilian native, Alber came to Seattle with his husband Corey and fell in love with this beautiful city he calls home. He is so happy to work with amazing people at Mosaic Catering. As an active member of the Seattle arts community (he is the casting director of Theatre22) Alber enjoys reading Stephen King and going to the movies, theater and dinner with friends. He loves his two dogs Embu and Sophia.

Jason loves to entertain, pure and simple! Having grown up in the restaurant business and the theater in tandem, Jason enjoys serving up great food with a hearty helping of good-natured humor and attention to detail all the while striving to deliver an unforgettable experience. When he's not busy catering events, you can catch him acting around town throughout the Northwest.

Gwen

Gwen loves a good party! She has been in the food and beverage industry in Seattle for years. She is passionate about hosting a fun event, which always includes good food! At Mosaic, she has the opportunity to be a part of a great team that also shares these same goals. When Gwen isn't swinging drinks or setting up buffets, she spends a lot of time sailing, playing music and seeing live performances.

Chris

Chris is a native of Dayton, OH (go Flyers!) who is very active in the Seattle theatre community as an actor, writer, producer, and director. In his civilian life, he works as a licensed home inspector with Optimized Inspection Services. These two endeavors leave him precious little social time, but he still manages to find time to tip back a delicious IPA with friends every so often.

Bridget

Born and raised in Washington State. Was introduced to catering in 2011 and fell in love with it. Not only do I get to see some amazing Venues, I also get to meet some incredible people. My passion is to make people happy and to make sure their experience with Mosaic Catering is a pleasant one as well as a lasting one. It gives me great joy to see a smile on everyone’s face as they are enjoying a great experience with Mosaic. If I am not at work, I am spending time with family and friends. I have three daughters who are my world.

Diego

Diego hails from the great nation of Brazil and is a proud transplant to the pacific northwest.  Diego spends his weekdays working on his post doctoral fellowship at the University of Washington.  His educational and professional research is focused on deepening our understanding of the effects of diabetes in the cardiovascular system.  When not spending his weekends working in the culinary arts, Diego enjoys playing volleyball with his local team, karaoke, darts, and cooking.
