We recently hired Mosaic Catering to cater a private party of 50 people at our home. We had never hosted a party this size so we were naturally a little anxious. Bill Pritchard's calm and professional manner put my mind at ease. He was responsive, flexible and reasonable. The night of the party, Bill and his capable server quickly set up and were ready when guests started arriving. The food was excellent by all standards - fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Portions were very generous. That night, and for days afterwards, many of our guests commented about the wonderful food; they enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend Mosaic Catering for all your catering needs!!
